Purpose of the processing and consequences in the event of your refusal to provide personal data The Company will process the personal data that you wish to provide us for the execution of the activity (such as, for example: personal data, tax data, e-mail address , telephone number, further contact details etc.), and their subsequent changes, in order to proceed with the correct and timely execution of the commissioned activity, as well as in order to provide for tax and accounting obligations, as well as for the control of quality of services provided, after-sales assistance and verification of the degree of customer satisfaction. The processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights. The communication and processing of your data are a necessary requirement in order to fulfill the legal and contractual obligations related to the relationship between you and the Company. Any failure, or incorrect, communication by you of one of the information we need will have as its main consequence the impossibility for the Company to fulfill the obligations deriving from the contract. Further purposes Furthermore, your personal data may be processed, with your consent, for marketing purposes, i.e. promotional activities, commercial initiatives, presentation of new products, services and offers, to carry out market research and statistical analysis. Providing your personal data for the marketing purposes indicated above is optional and any refusal will have no consequence on the possibility of receiving the services, information and after-sales assistance you requested. 2. Methods and legal bases of the processing. The Company will process your personal data, with and without the aid of electronic tools, on the basis of logic and procedures consistent with the purposes indicated and in compliance with the Regulations, including confidentiality and security profiles. We also inform you that our Company does not use automated decision-making and profiling processes referred to in Article 22 of the Regulation. The Company processes your personal data on the basis of the following legitimacy criteria: • your consent; • a legitimate interest of the Company; • the fulfillment of obligations deriving from a contract between you and the Company; • the fulfillment of legal obligations. 3. Communication of your personal data to third parties Personal data are accessible to our duly authorized personnel on the basis of criteria of necessity and may be communicated and transferred, on the national territory, to the following categories of subjects: Public Bodies, Judicial Authorities, Forces of ” Order, Insurance, as well as to third parties who, on commission from the Company, are entitled to carry out certain activities (e.g. handling of goods in the warehouse, execution of transport services, customer care services, after-sales verification services , billing services). We would like to clarify that, where the processing of your data should be carried out, on our behalf, by third-party companies, the Company will endeavor to ensure that these operate in the most scrupulous respect of current legislation. The Company does not communicate your data to third parties so that they can use them for independent marketing or profiling purposes.
